This helps you to only work and send emails during your normal working hours. Now this functionality is also available for Send Later! This means that if you were, for example, to try to schedule an email to send ‘tomorrow’ on a Friday (assuming your normal working hours are Monday to Friday), the preset would show Monday, not Saturday.
Up until now, you’ve been able to configure your Follow-up Reminder, Tasks, and Snooze time presets to your working hours, meaning any automation set up – for example, a reminder to complete a task – would only work within those hours. Hopefully, this will simplify the templates and signatures features and make the interface nicer to look at and navigate through. Removal of template and signature analyticsĪfter some analysis of features statistics, it was found that almost no one was using the statistical insights into their email templates and email signatures. So, in an effort to help streamline the app, that feature has been removed. Custom time presets are disabled by default, so make sure to enable them if you want to use them. Many users wanted those older presents back, so they have been returned! Users can preset times for Tasks, Follow-up Reminders, Snooze, and Send Later. With Mailbutler’s last update, some presets were removed to hopefully make the utility more efficient. In the dialog box, click Cancel processing or Cancel scheduled email to confirm you want to cancel this email. In a nutshell, per-receipient tracking means that you can see precisely who has opened your email - not just that it has been opened. Locate the email youve sent, and click the name of the email to open the performance page. This feature is one of the most-requested items from Mailbutler users.
